Official DrawBINGO Rules and Regulations |
1.
You must be 18 years of age or have parental permission to play. The parents are fully responsible for a child under the age of
18's conduct while playing and chatting.
2. You may not create multiple accounts on the server. It is not
permitted to use multiple computers and multiple phone lines to play more
than one account at the same time. This will not be tolerated.
3. Chat use is restricted by the following conditions: no
advertising permitted, no vulgar or abusive language that is offensive on
channel #main (nothing will be tolerated in this room), no flodding
(typing too much text too quickly, repeating text over and over..), no
over-use of chat sounds (same idea as flooding). Simply use good manners
on the chat, and there will be no problems.
4. Games start after 1 minute and 10 seconds of the declaration of
the winner of the previous game.
5. Credits given away each game are calculated by the following
formula: Initial Credits Amount + Number of Registered Users x 4, all
divided by the number of winners. The credits amount may lower or raise at
any time with or without warning. Users who do not win will receive one
(1) draw credit for playing the game, (10) for being one away on any
number of cards.
6. The creator of the game frequently visits the chat rooms, and
goes by the nickname "Presiden". Requests made by the creator or
any other server administrator must be followed or credits may be
nullified, or your account deleted. Impersonation of a server
administrator will result in immediate removal of your account and
possible legal action.
7. Draw credits won while playing the game act as ballots in draws
held at specific dates announced on the main drawbingo.com page (http://www.drawbingo.com/).
Prizes will include whatever prizes are donated from others. Interested
parties can offer to donate prizes by sending e-mail to advertise@drawbingo.com.
8. The server may be rebooted at times during the day. This process
only takes a couple of minutes, and a warning will be issued prior to a
known temporary shutdown of the server. If it is unexpected, there
will be no warning, and credits may be lost.
9. Entering false information during the creation of your account
will result in the forfeiture of any prizes you may have received.
10. Any abuse of the referral program or survey program will result
in removal from the system, and possible legal action. It's not worth it
to get a few more draw credits.
11. Only one person may log onto the game at one time from any
computer. If multiple users use the same User ID #, they will both be
disconnected from the server. If two users connect using the same IP
address, they will both be disconnected from the server. This is
automatic, and will not change.
12. Registered users registration information will be kept
confidential, and will not be distributed to any third party, except in
the form of general demographic information.
13. Users of drawbingo, until such time that their account has
expired or manually removed, may receive an infrequent newsletter
detailing important news players should be aware of.
14. We reserve the right to alter, delete or add users or users
information from the database at any time, with or without reason, with or
without notification.
15. Abusive activity can be reported. If you know of any such
activity, report it to support@drawbingo.com
with as much information as possible (date, time, user's nickname, etc..).
16. Nicknames cannot be used to be offensive, or in parody of another user's nickname. If your chosen nickname is very close to another's (ie. test55 and test.55) where the possibility for confusion exists, you may be asked for an alternate. If you do not reply to this request, it will be changed.
17. Before you make any changes to your system configuration,
system files, or any change whatsoever to your computer, it is recommended
to consult a qualified PC Technician. DrawBINGO is NOT responsible for any
damage to your system caused by the DrawBINGO program, any addon files, or
from you following any advice given on DrawBINGO chat. Use of the
DrawBINGO Program is at your own risk and discretion.
18. Any legal disputes will be held under the jurisdiction of
Burlington Ontario, Canada. If players do not agree with this, they are
not permitted to play the game.
19. Downloading the game, installing the game, creating an account
and logging onto the server all constitute acceptance of these Rules and
Regulations.
20. DrawBINGO is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail when
prizes are sent out. All prizes are sent out by regular mail to the
address in a winner's account.
21. No warranties of any kind are made on the compatibility of your
system with the drawbingo game, web site, or other system/files of
drawbingo.com. Use is at the user's own risk and discretion, and
DrawBINGO will not be held liable for any damages, either direct or
indirect.
22. DrawBINGO will NOT sell your e-mail address given to us by creating an account on drawbingo. However, we may periodically send e-mails regarding drawbingo or those from our current sponsors. These e-mails will be sent by us, and as such no third party will ever view your e-mail address.
23. These Rules and Regulations may be changed at any time without
notice, and will be posted here. Continuing to have the game
installed on your computer, downloading the game, visiting the web site,
playing the game, or any other contact with the drawbingo files and
servers, constitutes acceptance of the Rules and Regulations posted here,
or the Rules and Regulations posted on the last date this page was
available.
