1.	I can't connect to the server or create an account, I keep getting timeout errors or Forcefully Rejected messages. What's wrong?
2.	What are these 'Draw Credits' for? How do I get them into a drawing?
3.	For some reason, I can't mark some of the card numbers.
4.	I've forgotten my UserID Number or Password. How can I find out what it is?
5.	For one reason or another, I needed to uninstall and reload the game on my computer. Do I need to create a new account? Are my credits still there?

9.	I'm getting booted (disconnected) from the DrawBINGO game! What's happening?
